Gratitude For Those Who Have Shaped My Path
I am humbled by the teachers and Life Herself that has guided me along this path. I have been cracked wide open and shown the vastness of who I am.

Adyashanti
Adya has had a profound influence on me. With him, I experienced golden bliss, a total falling away—where the boundary between "self" and "other" dissolved. I realized I am no thing—no body, no mind, no thought or psyche, and yet I am simultaneously everything. This experience of oneness and absolute wonder has become what fuels all my work. In the year 2000, Adya bestowed upon me the sacred initiation into the lineage. You can read more about my experiences with Adyashanti here.
Osho
In the presence of Osho, I was broken open and experienced home for the first time. My purpose crystallized before me: to dwell in the vast expanse of silence, to revel in the boundless freedom it offered. From that moment forward, my life became a testament to this pursuit. His presence was a profound mirror, revealing a space where I could rest deeply in my own being.
Barry Long
Barry’s teachings showed me how to trust my own truth. He guided me into the deep silence within, where I learned the power of rest as silence. Through him, I entered the world of Western Tantra—an awakening that felt so familiar. Barry's profound insights on awakened lovemaking led me to a kind of healing I had never thought possible.
Carla and Viram Verberk & Charles and Carolyn Muir
Alongside Barry, I studied with Carla and Viram Verberk, who brought their own wisdom into my life. Later, in the United States, I continued my studies with Charles and Carolyn Muir, who certified me as a Tantric Educator (CTE). Their guidance solidified my understanding of Tantra as a path of true integration.
Daniel Odier and Nathalie Delay
I have also been deeply influenced by the teachings of Daniel Odier and Nathalie Delay, into the ancient Kashmirian non-dual feminine tantric teachings and practices. This reignited my original inner wisdom—that was laying bare—to be touched and lived.
Lama Tsultrim Allione
Tsultrim, in my eyes, is the embodiment of feminine wisdom. From her, I deepened my understanding of awakening, sacredness and the feminine.
Saida Desilets
Saida embodies her teachings in a profound way. She inspires me to open and embody the beauty and pleasure of my feminine form. Her teachings and expression bring me INTO the flesh - from breath, to skin, to bone, to blood, to marrow and sound owning my sovereignty. Meaning living the full intimacy of silence and sensuality and sexuality as an art-form which will keep unfolding till the end of my days here on earth.
Debbie Nargi-Brown, Alasane Kane, and Vivien Bassouamina
Dance has always been an expression of my soul, and my dance teachers have been integral to my journey. I am deeply grateful to Debbie, Alasane, and Vivien, who introduced me to the rhythms and movements of West African and traditional Congolese dance. In dance, as in all parts of my life, I move as Stillness—embodying the presence that is my true nature.
