As the winter days grow shorter and the veil between the seen and unseen grows thin, a vast yearning to stop and be still comes over us. We long to settle within and connect with and rest as our innermost still nature that we are. In these quiet depths of our being, we meet Her - the formless Mystery beneath all that is… which is You!

During this 3-day retreat for women, we will explore the dark, fertile mystery within through stillness, meditation, deep listening and movement. We will allow ourselves to wonder, to soften and to receive, discovering what becomes possible when we rest in the unseen and trust the subtle movements of life within us.
